Shipping & Return

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Carrier: All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance.
Delivery Timelines: Please note that delivery times are calculated in addition to processing times. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed and handed over to our carrier service on the next business day. Once your order is with the carrier, the delivery timeline will begin.
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.
- Economy Delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued, minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
- Address Corrections: Ensure that your address is correct at checkout. Address changes cannot be made once an order is processed. A $5 reassessment fee applies for any changes requested prior to the processing period. .
Responsibility: Six & Lasalle is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, please contact your local post office or UPS for any issues.
Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks
- No Returns or Cancellations: We do not accept returns or cancellations. Please verify your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
- Transit Delays: In rare cases, transit delays may occur due to weather or carrier-related issues. Six & Lasalle is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or any acts of nature. Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for delays that occur during transit.
- Chargebacks: Six & Lasalle does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For additional protection, we recommend utilizing route protection at checkout.
